It was nice and secluded felt safe
The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was convenient, and the breakfast was decent overall. I have stayed here several times in the past and previously had good experiences.

I love how large the facility is and how the rooms are located. The breakfast is still amazing and only thing is I wish it would be open at 6:30am because most sport tournaments require players to arrive by 7am so many times we miss the breakfast.

Mornings began with a special on-demand breakfast prepared by cooks who do a mean omelet! Sleeping rooms are large and quiet, but you have to request maid service; not automatic. Parking is now self-service and expensive.
The location is great, BART is right across the street, makes it easy to get into the city. The made to order breakfast and happy hour are a nice treat.

We were not able to park our Vehicle and my husband drove around for 20 minutes trying to find a spot. He ended up using a different place and walked to the Hotel. We were not the only ones that had this issue. Happy hour was quite the joke. No food was left which was expected but no attempts were made to bring out more food. There was only one Bartender and the line to get a beverage was beyond ridiculous. He was nice but it took over 30 minutes to get a drink . Location was great. The Room was spacious but a bit outdated and not the cleanest. The staff was nice overall. Not a Hotel i would choose again unless i had no other choice.

Very clean room and facilities. Staff very helpful. Loved the room linens and bath products in shower. And loved the large tv's! The extra blanket and pillow in closet was nice to have to cuddle up in living room to watch tv.

The location of the property was perfect with convenient parking and the hotel waa decorated nicely and it's spacious.

Front vale trash was overflowing but everything was good. Front desk was nice and helpful. Love the design of the hotel. A little outdated but works.
