Hotel is well located within walking distance to BART. Comfortable room, liked the fact breakfast was included. Only complaint was hotel atrium design which means noise easily travels throughout the complex.

This is the second time I've been here. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are clean, the staff is the friendliest staff I've dealt with at a hotel!! I will never stay at a different hotel while visiting the area!!

The environment, the staff, structure of the hotel (see through elevators, waterfalls at the lobby area, the bar/restaurant breakfast lay out) the snack area too! When my son & I arrived we arrived early from check in time had to wait about 45 mins for our king room which was fine because we loved the lobby area :) The guy that worked the restaurant/bar thurs 9/21 early afternoon-evening shift was very nice (Latino guy with glasses) he was helpful when I had asked questions about what they had on the menu. The front desk ladies working that day was great as well. The room was great too King Room, Sofa-bed, mini kitchenette with microwave & fridge, closet with full size mirror, A desk, 2 TVs & a nice size bathroom! My son is 2 in a half yrs. Old & ran around the room enjoying everything.

Every room smelled is smoke. Rooms are dark and there is no room service. Changed rooms 2 times to find both were nothing but cigarette smoke. Apparently they cant stop it. Families fill up the hotel on weekends and its a good value for them. Found it dark and dingy. Would never return
